How does weekly service work?+
We show up on the same day every week, scoop every corner of the yard you've selected, disinfect our equipment, and haul the waste away. Customers get text reminders the day of service and we send them a text notification of our estimated time of arrival so that they know what time we will be servicing their property.
Do I need to be home?+
Nope. Most of our clients aren't. As long as our team can access the yard (unlocked gate or a gate code), we handle everything and you come home to a clean lawn.
What about my dog — will they be okay with your crew?+
We're dog lovers by trade — it's a job requirement. Most owners leave their dogs inside during a visit, but if your pup is friendly and out back, we're glad to say hello (and, with your permission, hand out a free treat — provided every visit, no charge).
Is your disinfectant safe for my pets?+
Yes. We use an EPA-registered, bleach-free disinfectant developed for veterinary clinics, boarding facilities, and groomers. It's tough on canine bacteria and viruses and gentle on your pets and lawn.
