Service and Weather Policy

We love to meet and play with your pups during our visits! All clients receive a text notification with an estimated arrival time. If your dog is known to be aggressive, we kindly ask for you to keep your dog safely indoors until we are completed with your service.

Poo-Patrol is only able to dispose of your pet waste. We are unable to remove and dispose of any other garbage or debris from your property.

Poo-Patrol is not responsible for any damage to your property. If any damage to property would occur during your visit, you will be immediately contacted by management.

Clients are required to save a credit/debit card on file and authorize automatic payments via our secure client software service. Any declined payment may suspend your service until payment is made. 

• Automatic payments for all regular service visits are processed on the last day of each month (regardless of holidays or weekends). 
• Automatic payments for Spring/Special Event Cleanups are processed the day of service (regardless of holidays or weekends). 

Any client cancellation of service request is needed 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit or a service fee will be charged for that visit.

Poo-Patrol guarantees your satisfaction! Please contact us within 24 hours of your visit if you are not completely satisfied. We are unable to include our guarantee in the following situations*:

• Snow
• Leaf cover
• Long/unmowed grass
• Plant beds/raised garden beds
• Landscape rocks/plants
• Ditches/hazardous areas

*While we always will do our very best, these situations make it difficult to properly locate/dispose of waste. If we are unable to service your property due to leaf cover/long grass upon arrival, you will be charged a service fee.

Poo-Patrol services in all weather conditions except extreme cold, lightning, heavy snowfall, or other dangerous weather conditions. If we determine we are unable to service your property due to weather conditions within the same scheduled week of your original visit, you will not be charged. We will continue service 24 hours after a snowfall.

It is our clients responsibility to keep any gate/door access to your property clear of snow, ice, debris, and unlocked. If we are unable to access your property upon arrival, we will make additional attempts to contact you for access. If you are unable to give us access after these attempts you will be charged a service fee.

Your service agreement with Poo-Patrol is year-round. It is your responsibility to contact us if you would like to pause your service for any reason. Any pause in service of three weeks or longer will require an initial cleanup service fee.

Poo-Patrol reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. 

Your personal information and protecting your privacy is very important to us. Poo-Patrol does not sell or share your information to any 3rd party for marketing purposes.
