Common questions, honest answers.

Every question welcome — no judgment, just help.
How does weekly service work?+
We show up on the same day every week, scoop every corner of the yard you've selected, disinfect our equipment, and haul the waste away. You get an email or text after each visit with a photo of the gate re-latched.
Do I need to be home?+
Nope. Most of our clients aren't. As long as our team can access the yard (unlocked gate or a gate code), we handle everything and you come home to a clean lawn.
What about my dog — will they be okay with your crew?+
We're dog lovers by trade — it's a job requirement. Most owners leave their dogs inside during a visit, but if your pup is friendly and out back, we're glad to say hello (and, with your permission, hand out a treat).
Is your disinfectant safe for my pets?+
Yes. We use an EPA-registered, bleach-free disinfectant developed for veterinary clinics, boarding facilities, and groomers. It's tough on canine bacteria and viruses and gentle on your pets and lawn.
What if it snows?+
We run year-round. If snow is too deep to safely scoop, we skip and credit that visit — and we catch up as soon as it melts.
How much does it cost?+
Pricing depends on how many dogs, how big your yard, and how often we visit. Use our instant estimator or send a quick quote request — we'll come back within one business day.
Do you serve businesses and HOAs?+
Absolutely. We service apartments, HOAs, campgrounds, retirement communities, dog daycares, and pet-friendly retail. Ask about pet-station servicing and common-area contracts.
Can I skip a week?+
Yes — email or text us 24 hours ahead and we'll pause your visit at no charge.
