What day will you come?+
You get a fixed day of the week that never changes. Most routes run Monday–Friday; we confirm your day before your first visit.
Do I need to be home?+
No. As long as the gate is unlocked or we have a gate code, we handle everything and lock up behind us.
What if it rains or snows?+
We work year-round. If snow is too deep to safely scoop, we skip and credit that visit, then catch up as soon as it melts.
